Makes a return to Torquay after a increidle Autumn UK tour selling out mutiple dates he is a DJ/producer that has emerged as one of the UK’s most promising acts over the last 12 months and is rising rapidly.
His sound — a fluid, bass-house hybrid referencing everything from bassline to grime — is squarely tilted at the club, with two sold out Headline tour shows in London and Nottingham plus notable appearances at Printworks, Detonate and festivals from Glastonbury to closing the Banghai stage at Boomtown suggests it’s an arena he’s ready to really make his name in.
With a slew of guest mixes across BBC 1Xtra, Kiss FM and Rinse FM also under his belt, Holy Goof recently co-produced a track with Zinc which was released on the legendary Bingo Bass label – and his solo production work continues to earn significant support across national radio.
With a slick, future-facing sound referencing elements of garage, bassline and grime, 22 year-old producer/DJ Notion has already made significant in-roads in his short career. After signing his debut EP, ‘Digits’, to DJ Champion’s Formula Records label, inhabited by producers like Flava D, My Nu Leng and Royal-T. Since then he has also released a new collaborative project with Conducta entitled Felt This Way highlighting his versatility as a producer. With DJ support from BBC R1 tastemaker Toddla T now adding more to his arsenal too, he has earmarked himself as a producer to look out for the future – a significant reward for years of patience and hard work.
An incredibly young and talented producer / DJ hailing from Birmingham bringing through his brilliantly executed tight sound that brings bass driven mayhem to any crowd. Canista has had some astonishing support and feedback with his productions and has been labelled as one of the best upcoming DJ’s of 2017.
