Accessibility at The Foundry Torquay

At The Foundry Torquay, we are committed to making our events welcoming and accessible to all guests. Below you’ll find information about accessible ticketing, venue facilities, and how we can support your visit.

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to feel welcome at our venue, and we’re committed to making our spaces as inclusive as possible. Our accessibility facilities and support are designed first and foremost for guests with lifelong or long-term disabilities, to ensure those with ongoing needs are fully supported.

We understand that some people may be visiting with a temporary condition or injury. While we will always do our best to help, we may not be able to make the same arrangements for short-term disabilities as we can for long-term ones.

If you have accessibility needs, please reach out to our team before your visit. We’ll be happy to talk through your situation and let you know how we can assist.

Accessible Tickets & Personal Assistant Scheme

  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) award letter showing the Enhanced rate for Daily Living and/or Mobility

  • Proof of registration as blind or partially sighted

  • A valid Access Card with a “+1” symbol

Please note:

  • All applications are reviewed individually and are at the discretion of Jam Leisure TQ LTD (The Foundry).
