About the ideal candidate:2 years of previous experience in the hospitality industryHolds a valid personal licence (we would be willing to assist a candidate with high potential to gain this)Hands-on, service-oriented and team playerExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team, work alongside a broad and wide range of peopleStrong desire to increase sales across all areas of the businessExcellent organizational skills, detail-oriented and self-starterMust be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings weekends and bank holidays
